Four Tuesdays, four lessons
Growing & Tasting Basics
Where it all begins: the key grape varieties, how geography and climate shape what ends up in your glass, and how to taste wine like a professional.
White & Rosé
From crisp and zesty to rich and rounded. Discover the styles, the grapes behind them and how rosé is really made.
Red
Light and juicy through to bold and structured. Get to grips with tannin, body and oak, and find the reds you'll keep coming back to.
Sparkling
A celebratory finale. How the bubbles get in, why method matters, and what really sets one sparkling wine apart from another.
