Become a Wine Snob is our four-week wine course at Caru by Candlelight, running every Tuesday evening in February 2027. Over four relaxed, candlelit sessions you’ll taste 24 wines and learn everything you need to swirl, sniff and talk about wine with total confidence. No prior knowledge needed.

Each evening includes a 30–45 minute lesson, 30–45 minutes of guided tasting of six wines, and a 15-minute overview to bring it all together.

The classes

  • Tue 2 Feb: Growing & Tasting Basics. Grapes, geography and how to taste like a professional.

  • Tue 9 Feb: White & Rosé

  • Tue 16 Feb: Red

  • Tue 23 Feb: Sparkling

Our wines are sustainably sourced from within the UK and from small, family-run vineyards in Europe.

£120 for all four classes, saving £20 on single tickets.
