Join us at Caru by Candlelight for one evening of our Become a Wine Snob series this February. Choose the class that suits you, or them, and enjoy a relaxed, candlelit evening of learning and tasting. No prior knowledge needed.
Each class includes a 30–45 minute lesson, 30–45 minutes of guided tasting of six wines, and a 15-minute overview to finish.

Tue 2 Feb – Growing & Tasting Basics: the key grape varieties, how geography and climate shape the glass, and how to taste like a professional.
Tue 9 Feb – White & Rosé: from crisp and zesty to rich and rounded, and how rosé is really made.
Tue 16 Feb – Red: light and juicy to bold and structured. Get to grips with tannin, body and oak.
Tue 23 Feb – Sparkling: a celebratory finale. How the bubbles get in and why method matters.
Our wines are sustainably sourced from within the UK and from small, family-run vineyards in Europe.
